I have been in retail and customer service's for over 20 years, so eventually a natural progression for me is to utilise all the skills I have acquired and become an online re-seller. I love the vast choice of lifestyle and leisure products that China has to offer. That said, I am all too aware of unfair trading, which is why when researched for my 'Partner Manufacturer', they had to show that they abide by fair trading standards and pay their workers fairly.

The products supplied by my Manufacturer are rigoursly tested. I offer a full refund or exchange policy should the item arrive damaged somehow.
You can expect a high standard of customer service from myself; Claire. If during the first 12 Months appears a Manufacturing fault, then contact me for directions on getting it either fixed or exchanged depending on the fault.
